Tariq Eugene Scott, 21 of Edgewood, was arrested earlier this month in connection to a Feb. 5 non-fatal shooting at the Perrywood Garden Apartments near Aberdeen. Two other suspects remain at large, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office.
