Lewes students participate in Emerson stage productions
Emerson College announced two Lewes residents participated in its virtual stage productions this fall. Lewes resident Caitlin Hudecheck was credited as stage manager for Jaclyn Backhaus’ “Men On Boats.” This production tells the story of the 1869 expedition of a one-armed captain and a thrill-seeking crew as they find adventures along the course of the Colorado River. Hudecheck is pursuing a degree in stage and production management. Jolisa Osborn-Polakoff of Lewes was credited as a costume designer for “The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui.” This play uses parody to create a dark allegory that warns of the persistence of fascism.
