Kuwait s PM optimistic over end of Gulf crisis

Kuwait has urged Gulf Cooperation Council and all conflicting parties to end Gulf crisis for restoration of relations back to normal in the region.
Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah said in a statement that Kuwait will use all its resources to reach a positive conclusion.
