His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa has issued a decree on national terrorism lists and the implementation of UN Security Council resolutions under Chapter 7 of the UN Charter on the prohibition and suppression of terrorism and its financing and prohibiting, curbing and halting the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and their financing.The Edict is as follows:
After viewing The Penal Code issued by Decree-Law No. (15) of 1976, as amended,
And Decree-Law No. (4) of 2001 regarding the prohibition and combating money laundering and terrorist financing, and its amendments,
And the Criminal Procedure Law promulgated by Legislative Decree No. (46) of 2002, and its amendments,
