北市公佈學生確診新規陳時中：還沒看到相關規定 - 生活

9月各學校將陸續開學，針對學生確診北市府祭出新規定，1個人確診全班都要居家隔離，且12歲以下孩童確診，隔離時將採「1大1小」方式，須有1名照顧者陪同隔離。對此，中央流行疫情指揮中心指揮官陳時中表示，地方若有其他加嚴措施，可以提出討論，但目前台北市還沒提出相關規定。陳時中說，現在規定是1人確診同班級要停課，如果不同班級的2人確診，則要全校停課；地方若有其他加嚴措施，可以提出討論。

境外生權益小組啟動連署無證境外生也可打疫苗 - 生活

本土疫苗不足，如今疫苗幾乎都由政府排定施打，包含陸生在內等境外生，不具備健保卡與居留證，難爭取到接種疫苗。境外生權益小組表示，衛福部在7月13日推出公費疫苗施打線上登記系統，大部分境外生比照外籍人士，可以居留證還有健保卡登記預約，但陸生以及等待領取證件的新生等境外生，則無從進行登記，這不僅損傷了境外生權益，更對整個社會的防疫製造漏洞。境外生權益小組指出，目前至少6000名的陸生、未申領居留證或健保卡的境外生及等待領取證件的新生，都是在台灣社會中共同生活的社會成員。在校園中的共同學習與生活，在社會中的流動與接觸，都不會因國籍和身分證件不同而有所差異。對這些境外生疫苗接種的排除，對於校園防疫、對建立全社會的免疫保護力，都有明顯的損害。境外生權益小組提到，無法接受教育�
