After years of work, we have no debt other than a mortgage and a good cushion in the bank. We ve also had career success that led to big raises in recent years. I feel like the habits that got us here are not necessarily the habits that we need now. It doesn t feel like a good use of our extra funds for it to be sitting in a savings account.
