Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) is sponsoring a bill that would force taxpayers to fund the creation of a 1.5 million-member “Civilian Climate Corps” that would push communities to adopt environmental extremist measures to fight so-called “climate change.”
Going green with America’s green
Co-sponsoring the bill – called the Civilian Climate Corps for Jobs and Justice Act – with Sen. Edward Markey (D-Mass.), the controversial Democratic Socialist, AOC, is using her Party’s pitch of diversity and equity to forward the left’s pricey climate-alarmist agenda.

Four years after President Donald Trump began to pull
the US out of the landmark Paris climate agreement, President Joe Biden and his top officials are re-engaging with world leaders and making aggressive commitments to cut greenhouse gas emissions.
The Biden administration has an unequivocal message
at the two-day Leaders Summit on Climate this week: America is back.
The biggest news out of the virtual event
was the commitments various countries made to reduce their emissions. At the top, Biden formally pledged America would cut its greenhouse gas emissions by 50 to 52 percent relative to 2005 levels by 2030 the most ambitious target the US has set to date. Still, as Vox’s Umair Irfan laid out, some believe the goal is not big enough given the sheer scale of the current climate crisis and pace of warming.
Levi Turner joins ‘Fox & Friends’ to discuss how Biden’s climate change policies are impacting the working class.
Many U.S. climate activists, including Biden administration climate envoys John Kerry and Mike Bloomberg, celebrated Earth Day on Thursday and praised the administration s latest emissions goal even after facing questions about how their personal private jet use harms the environment.
Kerry and Bloomberg have been known to travel on private jets while addressing climate change, even as other environmental activists, like Greta Thunberg, travel across the Atlantic Ocean by sailboat. Private jets have been estimated to emit upward of 40 times as much carbon per passenger as commercial flights.
