TNC Predator has officially inserted its Korean coach Kim “Febby” Yong Min into its lineup for the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC)-Southeast Asia Regional League upper division set to fire off on January 18.
The Filipino powerhouse team announced the development with a subtle prank through its Facebook page on Thursday night.
“Today we announce that we are releasing Kim Yong Min, better known as Febby, from coaching… and welcoming him back officially as our new team captain!” the team said.
A veteran in the Dota pro scene and a close friend of former TNC captain Park “March” Tae Won, Febby was tapped by the accomplished PH esports organization as its coach for the Leipzig Major in January last year.

South Korean team T1 Entertainment & Sports tapped Filipino star player Carlo “Kuku” Palad anew for the 2021 Dota Pro Circuit (DPC)-Southeast Asia set to roll off later this month.
“2021 DPC, Kuku still stand-in for T1 for the first major league,” the pro player said through a post on his official Facebook page.
T1 is slated to slug it out with TNC Predator, Fnatic, BOOM Esports and the qualified teams in the upper division of the first SEA Regional League which will start at the end of January and run for six weeks until February 27, according to Romanian organizer PGL which was tapped by Valve to oversee the region.

TNC Predator snapped its championship drought as it ruled the Beyond The Summit (BTS) Pro Series Season 4 Southeast Asia after outlasting Team Dog, 3-2, in the nail-biting grand finals late Sunday night.
The Filipino powerhouse team overhauled a 1-2 series deficit then banked on its 11k MMR stars Kim “Gabbi” Villafuerte and Armel “Armel” Tabios in Game 5 to claim the crown in the eight-team regional tournament and bag the $21,000 (P1,009,644) winner’s prize.
Following a series of dismal results and the release of Korean captain Park “March” Tae-won, TNC finally snared its first title since winning the ESL One Thailand 2020 last September.
