Group 1 glory and not the $15m The Everest will be at the top of trainer David Jolly s wish list when his star galloper Behemoth returns to racing next month.
Behemoth has recently got back to work with Jolly in Goolwa after spending time in the paddock following his unsuccessful attempt to win the Group 1 The Goodwood.
The star son of All Too Hard finished seventh in South Australia’s premier sprint on May 15 before taking a well earned break ahead of another spring tilt where Jolly will target more Group 1 glory.
