WEST BOYLSTON Greater Worcester Opera is hoping for an enchanted evening, or at least no stormy weather, by moving its Classic Broadway concert from July 21 to 6:30 p.m. July 22 at the West Boylston Bandstand.
The forecast for Wednesday is stormy, but Thursday looks like the pick of the week for weather, GWO said in an announcement. Classic Broadway will feature songs from shows such as South Pacific, My Fair Lady, Camelot, Brigadoon, Chicago, and more. It s hit after hit! GWO said. This week s singers will be John Arnold, Elaine Crane, Joshua Dixon, Tom Frates, Ramsey Kurdi, Susan Larson, Richard Monroe, Ben Morse and Mauri Teatreault. Olga Rogach will be piano accompanist with narrations by Rick Kimball. Bring a chair or blanket.
