Balzarini, 71, has been struggling to put food on the table ever since she quit her job to care for her immunocompromised great-grandson. She worked part-time as a health aid in Illinois, but stopped seeing patients to reduce the risk of getting Lealand sick. It was a difficult decision but I had to do it, said Balzarini. We re trying to make things as normal as possible for him.
