Further details regarding the die sizes, clock speeds, & PCIe Gen 4 connectivity for AMD Radeon RX 6600 series graphics cards based on the Navi 23 RDNA 2 GPU have been leaked by Igor s Lab.

We have already seen the specifications of the Navi 23 RDNA 2 GPU powered AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT and Radeon RX 6600 graphics cards leak out last week. The new details shed light on the die size and clock speeds of the graphics cards. The source states that the Navi 23 GPU will feature a 35x35 mm package size while the die will measure at 235.76mm2. This is just slightly smaller than AMD s Navi 10 GPU which measured at 251mm2. This is to incorporate a range of new technologies such as Infinity Cache, PCIe Gen 4 interface, & slightly larger cores with HW-accelerated ray-tracing tech.

ASRock has once again submitted its custom AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT and RX 6600 graphics cards to EEC but this time, they have updated the memory specifications. The graphics cards are custom variants from ASRock that were listed over at EEC (Eurasian Economic Commission).

The company first submitted its custom AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT graphics cards with 12 GB GDDR6 memory and also listed the Radeon RX 6700 (Non-XT) with 6 GB VRAM. However, the latest reports revealed that the Radeon RX 6700 (Non-XT) would end up with the same 12 GB GDDR6 VRAM as the Radeon RX 6700 XT and we can also see that the Radeon RX 6600 XT has also received a spec update.

AMD s unreleased Radeon RX 6900 XTX Liquid Cooled graphics card featuring the Big Navi 21 XTX GPU has been pictured. The graphics card, which will never be released in the consumer segment, was going to be a liquid-cooled variant of the existing RX 6900 XT graphics card but was canceled due to unknown reasons.
