The air date for Friday Night Dinner s 10th Anniversary Special has been revealed with the one-off documentary set to air on Friday 28th May.
The series, which focused on the middle-class Jewish family The Goodmans while they met for a weekly meal at their home in north London, first debuted on screens in 2011 and has won an army of fans over its six series run.
Much of the show s cast including Tamsin Greig, Simon Bird and Tom Rosenthal are expected to appear in the special documentary, which comes just weeks after the death of star Paul Ritter, who played the foul-mouthed dad Martin Goodman.

Friday Night Dinner has confirmed that the show s upcoming 10th anniversary special will be dedicated to late star Paul Ritter.
On Tuesday (April 6), Ritter s agent confirmed the sad news that the actor, who played Martin Goodman across its six seasons, had died of a brain tumour the evening before. He was just 54 years old.
A Channel 4 documentary celebrating the much-loved sitcom was scheduled to air in the spring, and Ritter had been due to appear in it.
