The show had been due to take place on Saturday July 3 but its organisers, the Fettercairn Farmers Club, said it will no longer go ahead due to ongoing coronavirus restrictions. In a statement, the club said: “We are disappointed that we had to come to this decision but feel it is the responsible one to make in order to safeguard the spectators, exhibitors, sponsors and committee.

Now the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society (RWAS) has again announced that the popular show will not be taking place for a second year running.
