Milwaukee Bucks Win First NBA Title in 50 Years With Win Over Phoenix Suns

The Milwaukee Bucks lost the first two games of this year s NBA Finals, but they stormed back with four wins to beat the Phoenix Suns for the 2021 NBA title.
Tens of thousands of fans waited outside Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee for a large street party to watch the game on big screens, and they went wild when the final buzzer sounded for Milwaukee s 105-98 win. This was the lowest-scoring game in the series.
Milwaukee s Giannis Antetokounmpo, a 6-foot-11 power forward who was the league s back-to-back MVP following the 2019 and 2020 seasons, led the Bucks with 50 points and a game-high 14 rebounds. Antetokounmpo won the Bill Russell NBA Finals MVP award.
Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee is turning into home away from home for rapper Gucci Mane.
He and Dave Chappelle were on hand for Game 6 of the NBA Finals between the Phoenix Suns and the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday the last game in Milwaukee this season, win or lose.
Gucci Mane is an avowed Bucks fan and has been to every home game for the Bucks in the Finals. Chappelle previously was spotted at Game 4 of the best-of-seven series.

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 50 points in an astounding all-around performance and the Milwaukee Bucks captured their first NBA title since 1971 by defeating the Phoenix Suns 105-98 on Tuesday.
The Bucks won the best-of-seven NBA Finals by four games to two, becoming only the fifth team to claim the crown after dropping the first two games.
Antetokounmpo, only the seventh player in finals history with a 50-point game, added 14 rebounds and five blocked shots as the Bucks went an NBA-best 10-1 at home in the playoffs to end their 50-year title drought.
