A new set of fortifications, referred to as the "Khrenin Line," is set to be constructed in Belarus's Brest Oblast, according to a June 20 post by local monitoring group Belarusian Hajun on Telegram.

Resident companies of sci-tech parks will be given preferences in Zhabinka, a satellite town of Brest, Chairman of the Zhabinka District Executive Committee Andrei Kuzmich told a BelTA correspondent.
“Relations in the social sector is the foundation in any matter. Gradually the cooperation turns into close economic ties. Over the past year Zhabinka District has signed three twinning agreements with Russian regions - Perevoz District, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Zadonsk District, Lipetsk Oblast and Iglino District, the Republic of Bashkortostan,” said Andrei Kuzmich.
