Zeffer Cider has done it again, making it into the top 30 in the 2021 New World Beer & Cider awards with its Alcoholic Ginger Beer.
Chair judge Michael Donaldson said, This beauty from cider specialists Zeffer was the clear frontrunner. Lots of contained heat and spice from fermented ginger root is underpinned by the sweet apple cider and a delicate carbonation. Loads and loads of layered flavour on a 4.5 per cent ABV make this a wonderful afternoon refreshment. The judges loved the balance of spicy heat and sweet.
to help explain the significance of what just happened i m joined by an associate law professor who was one of the lawyers involveden this particular case when it was initially filed against trump. zeffer, great to see you. talk about white house this reversal means. did the original case mean that the litigants didn t have standing, and did this court say yes you do? absolutely. this is a huge deal. this is the first time a federal court of appeals has recognized plaintiffs who can go forward with the emallulatoluments laws against donald trump. so it will go back to district court, and there are two other similar lawsuits in any time a federal court has looked at whether or not donald trump is violating or looked at what the meaning of emoluments is they ve said it includes profits, benefits, gain, the kind of
unite both wings of the party for sure but somebody who is true to her principles. she s an internationalist so she s going to be for sensible good agreements like the one that the president is going for now. let s get down to specifics, both of you. will she come out in support on the transpacific partnership? will she support the trade deal? i don t know. that s a strategic decision for her and her campaign. i think she ll support it ultimately because she knows it s the right thing to do. it s good for america. you don t really get to let s go back to you, zeffer. let me set this up. the thing about these fast-track deals, it s sort of a yes or no. will she be a yes or no on tchl tp? she was opposed to it 12 years ago, 13 years ago and it s about reshaping power.
political spectrum rising up in resistance to what is happening. take trade. you see people left and right or the school policy where you can find republicans all around the country who are furious as the high-stakes testing regime bureaucratic trend that you see big donors coming from. so actually i think it is really interesting what they were talking about because they are talking about populism about hillary clinton actually speaking to middle class americans and i think that if she wants to, you know show her leadership and get people out to vote, she s got to tap into her own populist core and she has done that. she s shown in from time to time. not as often as i d like to see it but i think it s essential for her to win, actually. that doesn t sound like bill clinton s approach in 92. so well, he hang on zeffer. we re passionate centrists and we believe she is as well. when you see candidate clinton come out and she s not a candidate yet, what you re going to see is s
are we possibly headed into further stagnation? well, you know, the political strategist side of things i ve never had to look so much at politics to figure out where the economy was going. i tell you, it s like watching the keystone cops. it s gotten ridiculous. going forward we do have momentum carrying us into 2012. that s the good news. we hope we don t lose it because of political ineptitude. that s what would kill it. we have a lot of icebergs ahead. we hope politicians are better at navigating turbulent water than the captain of the titanic. that said, where are the positives? the positives are there is a glimmer of hope in the labor market. looks like the situation bottomed out after things fell apart last spring and the summer. we re seeing momentum return to job hiring. not enough momentum, but some is better than none. particularly small business hiring, new business burst, that s very important to the back bone of the u.s. economy and where we re looking for str
