By The Numbers: Meet The 30 Under 30 Europe Class Of 2021 Illustration by Alexander Wells for Forbes Share to Linkedin For the sixth year, the Forbes Under 30 Europe list is proving that youth is not wasted on the young. One year ago, the Forbes Under 30 Europe list launched into a world filled with great uncertainty. Something called the “novel coronavirus” was just starting to take hold across the continent, but many assumed that it would subside relatively quickly. Clearly, that didn’t happen and the world today looks radically different as a result. But what hasn’t changed is the sense amongst young people that the best is yet to come, with 84% of this year’s listmakers reporting that they are optimistic about the global economy. That’s likely because as the digital-first generation, they were best poised to be the ones reimagining our society as the world shifted online.
