Over the next couple of months works including geotechnical testing and surveying will be completed at the site controversially slated for a five-star resort, residential and commercial development. Project director Evan Aldridge said it was important to collect site information, in preparation for the start of development, while waiting for the judgement from the Court of Appeal later this year.
