Apple and epic games have been in a legal battle since last year over a 30 levy apple collects on purchases made through its app store. Fortnite was kicked off the app store for dodging that charge by installing its own payment system, which is forbidden under app store rules. From san francisco, James Clayton has more. In august last year epic games did something totally against apples app store rules. It decided that its Hit Game Fortnite should have a new payment option, to try to get around apples 30 charge. Apple probably kicked one of the app store but epic games is ready for the promptly.
