we need to do a better job in this country of leaking the education system, linking education system to the work force and economic development. that means, don t just send kids off to community college with no sense. give them career counseling. people who look at the data where the jobs are going to make sure the education system is linked to the workforce system and people that do job training that reach out to employers, works more like a system rather than disconnect eed silos unconnected. they should have a sense what jobs are available and that the classes they re taking are relevant for jobs that actually are going to exist. the problem is, in some cases you re retraining for something, or you see the writing on the wall, know where you want to be and then the labor market is changing, because of technology. more quickly than american families are and more quickly than we can get educated for the next thing in the middle, disconnect. don t we need rote factory jobs in the m
