It’s been more than a year since Canada recorded its first case of COVID-19, and the perilous effects of the pandemic have affected not just our health, but the progress made by women in our workforce. According to a study by RBC , female participation in Canada’s labour force is at its lowest point in 30 years. But that’s not all.
