Detectives have charged a 24-year-old Ingham man with murder three days after an alleged street attack in the north Queensland town.
The man, identified as Caleb Rutherford, voluntarily handed himself in at the Ingham Police Station on Thursday morning.
Mr Lawson said the man was accompanied by a number of people when he walked into the police station about 9am on Thursday.
Credit:Queensland Police Service That man has since been arrested and charged in relation to the murder, a breach of domestic violence offence and also a breach of bail offence, Detective Inspector Chris Lawson told reporters.
