The bullet hit the officer who works for the university of maryland baltimore in the head. Police identified the instructor who fired the weapon as William Scott kern, who has worked for Baltimore City police for 18 years. State police will complete a criminal investigation and forward that to the states attorney. We will sit back and wait for the investigation to be completed.
