The Fayette County Republican Committee named Smithfield attorney Charity Grimm Krupa as the party’s replacement nominee for state Rep. Matthew Dowling s seat on the Nov. 8 ballot.
Republican state Rep. Matthew Dowling and Fayette County Republican officials filed a petition Thursday in Commonwealth Court seeking to remove Dowling’s name from the ballot in the November election.
