Alex, the coast guard said at 2 30 this afternoon, they received a call from sheriffs in bodega bay. There were three people in the ocean near goat rock and blind beach. They needed help. It turned out to be a father, and his kids. Reporter choppers surged from the air, while lifeguards and others searched from the ground, with boats offshore. A family of four had been playing on the beach when a sneaker wave snatched a couple kids out to sea. The man managed to grab his son. They were swept out. He was unable to get out. Reporter they managed to pull out a 40yearold father while professionals stepped into trying to save his life. They started cpr. He didnt make it. Th
