RADNOR â A Montgomery County man is facing charges after heâs alleged to have been stealing from church collection bins in Wayne.
Radnor police on Tuesday arrested Lorenzo Muniz, 35, of Collegeville, and charged him with theft and related offenses.
Beginning in late January, Radnor police began receiving reports of thefts from a church in Wayne. The suspect was caught on surveillance video entering the vestibule, removing money from the collection bins and then leaving the area. Several collection bins were destroyed during the process.

According to police, investigators used real-time surveillance cameras and officers in an undercover capacity. When Muniz returned to the church on the afternoon of Tuesday, Feb. 16, he was taken into custody without incident.
