Wheeler Auctioneers, based in Hospital, Co Limerick, has a 65ac holding with sheds for sale at Duntryleague, Garryspillane.
The land is located just off the L1513 Garryspillane to Kilross road. The buildings include a three-bay hayshed with lean-to and a three-bay slatted cattle shed. According to auctioneer Joe Wheeler, this is good-quality Golden Vale land.
It’s laid out in eight main divisions.
The land is 50m back from the public road and access is by a laneway. “The sheds are old but serviceable,” says Joe Wheeler. This is a private treaty sale.
