The Chamber of Commerce of the Tonawandas presented their 84th annual Business, Citizen and Not-for-Profit of the Year awards to Rustic Buffalo Artisan Market, Carol Tallichet, and Wheatfield Commons respectively on Nov. 17. Sarah Nelson, Executive Director for the Chamber of Commerce of the Tonawandas announced the winners at the 84th Annual Installation of Officers.
