Hyland completes its acquisition of Nuxeo
Westlake-based Hyland is bulking up in the content services space with the acquisition of a Brooklyn, N.Y., company called Nuxeo.
Hyland, a software producer and content services provider, in a news release described Nuxeo as a content services platform and digital asset management (DAM) provider. The acquisition brings the entire Nuxeo business, including products and technology, under Hyland, according to the release.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. A Hyland spokesman wrote in an email that Nuxeo, which was founded in 2000, has 160 employees in five offices: the Brooklyn headquarters, plus Irvine, Calif.; Lisbon, Portugal; London; and Paris.
