A real estate development company is planning to invest a minimum $75 million in the construction of an industrial speculative building near Bowman, according to Orangeburg County attorney Jerrod Anderson.
Orangeburg County Council has agreed to spend $4.4 million to construct a 50,000-square-foot industrial speculative building in the Western Orangeburg County Industrial Park.
