City police tried to make a felony stop on a stolen car with two men inside. That car sped off leading officers on a pursuit. Eventually the driver and passenger bailed out of the car in San Francisco and thats when police shot one of the men several times. Killing him. It is unclear if that was the passenger or the driver. Police are not saying at this point whether the man who was shot had a weapon. Can you tell me if the person who was killed was armed . I cant say exactly if that person was armed or not.
