Protestors throwing bottles and shooting fireworks at police damaging businesses in Downtown Charlotte as they marched through the streets. Scott was shot tuesday night while police were serving a warrant. There are conflicting reports about how the shooting all went down. Some say scott had a gun. Others say he was unarmed. The Charlotte Police chief admitting in a press Conference Today that theres still some outstanding questions.
