Activity, more television time, more weigh gain. eat less potato chips. drink less soda. we drink a reported 50 gallons of soda per person a year. i banned soda from my house. it s paid off well for that. but with regard to the potato a couple thins. for those folks in idaho. the potato itself isn t bad as long as you don t pile on all the stuff. right. we are creating giant potatoes, the regular baked potato used to be this big, it s this big. portion size is big. what you put on it is big. the thing about potato chips is it bad to have chips once in a while? no. every night as a staple of your diet in this study it s indicated it s realitied to weight gain. you bring up television, this study shows thins like people who watch a lot of television and those people who don t sleep enough are contributing factors to weight gain. can you put it in perspective to the foods you eat.
