On tonight s episode of  Raw, Jeff Hardy suffered a loss to John Morrison after Morrison hit the Starship Pain to defeat Hardy by pinfall. After being taunted by Cedric Alexander, Hardy vowed to retire if he could not defeat Cedric in a match. Hardy would then defeat Alexander after a Twist of Fate and a Swanton Bomb.

Speaking to the Metro newspaper, Pettengill was asked if he would be sticking around in NXT for the foreseeable future.
