حكومة عاجزة عن القيام بمهامها، و ذلك بإعتراف رئيس وزراءها، و تحالف حاكم مشتت فشل في الحفاظ على كيانه؛ نظام سياسي مهترئ و مفكك في ذاته و فاشل وظيفيا. أي نوع من البلادة الذي يجعل هذه السلطة قادرة على الاستمرار و على استخدام القوة لقمع أي صوت معارض ؟
السبب الأساسي في انهيار نظام الإنقاذ كان هو الشعور بالفشل؛ بأن النظام لا يلبي تطلعات الشعب، و لا يلبي حتى تطلعات نظام الإنقاذ نفسه التي أرادها للشعب السوداني؛ سقط نظام الإنقاذ عندما شعر الإسلاميون بأن هذا النظام لا يعبر عنهم، و انفضوا عنه و عارضوه بل خرجو�
