Hes facing charges tied to a spree yesterday that began inside a garage in swisher. A homeowner found him sleeping in the back seat of a truck under a blanket with a bag of chips from the home. According to police duffer then fled after the homeowner threatened to call police but also took a loaded handgun he found in the console of the truck.
