that bond he must post. the former president on truth social saying that he will post the amount set by the appellate division in the last hour. in a statement from the 5-judge panel, basically cutting down the bond that the former president must put up by more than 60%. as you know and we have been reporting, new york state attorney general letitia james had been ordered basically to potentially start enforcing that $454 million bond. that amount, set by judge arthur engoron in the real estate fraud trial. that the appellate court has cut that down to $175 million if the former president puts that up in the next ten days, and we ve heard the former president through his truth social post say that he will indeed do that. there are other defeats for attorney general james in this decision also. the judge had ruled that the former president cannot do business in new york state, and trump executives are barred from doing business. the appellate court judge has also struck that d
