Development Watch Lyn Saxton earlier this month lamented the fact the revelations hadn t come out after the initial council approval, as they could ve launched a judicial review and sidestepped the costly process. She said she expected any issues raised with council processes would have to be dealt with separately, not as part of the ongoing legal case.
