Vientiane, Sep 11 (Prensa Latina) The Vice President of the National People's Power National Assembly and the Council of State of Cuba, Ana María Mari Machado, kicked off a visit to Vientiane on Monday to strengthen interparliamentary relations between Cuba and Laos.
