gulf. let s talk about the flood outlook. you can see we have flood watches and warnings across the midwest. we have an i report to show you what it s been looking like. there s tremendous flooding. heavy rain on thursday, and we are looking at definitely a lot of rain. this is an i-report from jason asselin from niagara, wisconsin, and you can see we re looking at very, very heavy rain across the midwest. about 10 inches of rain has fallen across much of this region, and the rain stopped pretty much for the most part yesterday. the problem is there s a lot of run-off, and there were evacuations, particularly south of minneapolis and minnesota, and that rain flooded into wisconsin. there are still flood warnings in a lot of areas around wasau, for example, in wisconsin. it s going to take a while for that to be rectified because it will take a while for water to reseda cross the midwest. a lot of water working its way
