Tonight wusa9 has learned this is the motel where the entire incident began when two men dressed as women stole that suv and took off in it. A source who was at the Terrace Motel this morning says a man who could be considered the days first victim checked in around 7 30 a. M. Barely an hour later that man emerged from his room screaming that two transvestites had stolen his suv. Howard county dispatch confirms receiving a 911 call about a stolen vehicle about that time from the hotel. 10 miles away less than an hour later this was the scene outside the gates of the National Security agency at ft.
