The real sort of thoughtful way it happens is the application of technology, to allow us to keep expenses relatively flat and revenues grow a little bit. Revenues grew at be , 4 overall 3 , 4 overall. Expenses were down after tax reform. You apply technology and apply efficiency and getting a line between you and the customer, simplifying things, taking out processes that dont add value. We have 4200 ideas we put in place in the last three or four years to continue to make the company more effective. We hathe team plates teammates. You have to plan multiple years ahead.
