EAST Coast Vulcan Corp., formerly Vulcan Industrial & Mining Corp., said Wednesday that its principal shareholders had executed a deed of assignment for the transfer of more than 486 million partially paid shares of the company to Techno-Asia Construction and Development Inc. (TACD).
EAST Coast Vulcan Corp., formerly known as Vulcan Industrial & Mining Corp., will be selling a 7.33-percent stake in the firm under a plan to raise its public float to 20 percent.
Vulcan Industrial & Mining Corp. on Thursday said that it was changing its name to East Coast Vulcan Corp. and would be trading under the ECVC stock symbol instead of VUL.
Should there be any de-escalation of the conflict, the $435/tonne coal price will absolutely crumble and everyone who bought at that price will look silly as the price per tonne trades at 50% or 75% discounts from that price.
