In a release on Sunday, Virginia Beach Sheriff Rocky Holcomb said 34-year-old Rolin Hill had been hospitalized following a medical episode at the jail.
A 19-year-old man from Stafford, Virginia, was arrested Oct. 28, and charged with murder and child abuse after his 3-month-old son was found unresponsive, and later died.
