After sixty-years of self-management or perhaps "self-mismanagement" as an independent country, Ghana is now counted among the under-performing, highly indebted, financially poor, aid dependent and underdeveloped countries of the world. So, I ask is the Ghanaian capable of handling our affair? I ask due largely in part to years of disappointing leadership from those we have voted into office.
