has been on the scene all night and is getting new information from deputies. reporter: we have. we have new information from the wake county sheriff s office. they have identified the victim as delphic mclain. she was hit by a stray bullet and the hunt is on for the three vehicles involved. the wake county sheriff s office was called to 4629 arrowhead drive in apex after 6 pm friday evening. when they arrived they found a 56-year-old woman who had been shot the sheriff told us she was not the intended target. angela lyons called the victim a close friend and neighbor it s crazy. reporter: lyons another neighbors tell they heard some kind of altercation several vehicles were parked in the driveway. and then they heard the gunshots. i was scared. too scared because my kids are playing outside. i went lines explain the victim was visiting a neighbor and the bullets came through the siding of the home. reporter: she does down and it hit her. reporter: the sheriff c
