Close this sad chapter. The vast majority of these people probably dont pose a risk and they certainly wouldnt pose a risk incarcerated in our maximum security facilities in the United States. But its time to close this facility, to honor the rule of law, it strengthens our position internationally. It saves money. And it allows us to actually get some of these people who may be bad guys actually convicted. Military tribunal doesnt work, our courts do.
