PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has ruled that vernacular schools are constitutional, dismissing the appeal of four non-governmental organisations (NGOs) which sought to declare that the use of  Chinese and Tamil languages as the medium of instruction in vernacular schools goes against the Federal Constitution.

PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal is set to deliver its ruling on the appeal of four non-governmental organisations (NGOs) which sought to declare that the use of Chinese and Tamil languages as the medium of instruction in vernacular schools goes against the Federal Constitution.
PETALING JAYA: Previous MCA leaders who helped draft the Federal Constitution with other coalition members had included Article 152 to protect vernacular school education, says Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.
