good afternoon, the big story on action news is breaking news. a 2-year-old child is rushed to the hop in critical condition after being shot in the head while playing with a gun. lets go to action news reporter, david henry live in claymont with all the details. reporter: rick, this is the valley run complex north of wilmington, it happened in this townhouse, a 2-year-old boy apparently shot himself in the head here s a lot of unanswered questions as police begin their investigation. we are not sure the ownership of the gun or how he located the weapon or anything like that. it happened at 10:00 this morning. neighbors say they heard a woman screaming and crying outside of the townhouse. i seen a lady on the phone crying, she was just screaming, i don t know who she was talking to. the police arrived moments later followed by an ambulance, the boy was rushed to the hospital where he is in critical condition with a bullet wound to the head. police are trying
